Megan Kelly
Megan brings nearly two decades of experience on both the agency and production sides of the business and was an early adopter for digital content. While honing her skills for every facet of production and cultivating strong and enduring relationships, she has also earned a reputation for curating and developing talent. Prior to founding Honor Society, she led production teams for such top industry shops as Savage, Shilo, The Sweet Shop, Public Domain, Czar and Click 3X. Most recently, Kelly has helped to co-found OWNED (ownedbywomen.tv), a global coalition of female business owners devoted to championing women in all aspects of commercial production. Additionally, Kelly is a board member of the AICP East chapter. Kelly’s work has garnered some of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including One Show, AICP and Cannes Lions.
Cary Murnion
Cary has directed, written and produced content for a wide range of entertainment studios and networks, including Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, XYZ Films, CBS, MTV, Nickelodeon, Logo, Bravo, and Comedy Central. He has managed both large and small teams of creatives and production crews ranging from teams of 150 down to strategic teams of five. He has extensive expertise in the process of creative development for TV, film and the many digital platforms. He co-founded the award-winning integrated studio HONEST in 1999, partnering with agencies and clients to create digital and interactive experiences for a nearly two-decade tenure.
Cary and his directing partner Jon Milott work together as directors and creators of feature films, commercials, and digital media. Their second feature film, Bushwick, starring Dave Bautista and Brittany Snow, premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival and at Cannes Directors’ Fortnight. Cary & Jon’s directorial feature debut, Cooties, premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and was distributed by Lionsgate. Cary & Jon’s work has been recognized by Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, Cannes, Webby Awards and FWA.
Tiffany Che
Originally from the SF Bay Area, Tiffany spent ten years in NYC working in film marketing at Focus Features and as a HOP/Senior Digital Producer at Ralph Creative. Upon landing in LA, she pivoted to commercial production having had stints at Superprime Films, Prettybird and Loveboat. Tiffany is excited to join the team at Honor Society. She is also passionate about eating, and welcomes any and all restaurant recommendations.
